A user-centered approach to customer loyalty in the wine industry
For our capstone project we worked with a Accenture Labs to do some innovation research in the area of wine and technology. We performed a string of semi-structured interviews and condensed our research into actionable design items via Christensen's Jobs To Be Done framework. Our final research deliverable is below.
WINE SCOUT - RESEARCH
For my Capstone Project at UCI, my team and I worked with Accenture Labs to innovate in the area of wine and technology. We started interviewing wine drinkers of all levels of expertise to learn why people drink wine. We then synthesized our insights into 'Jobs To Be Done' in order have actionable design guidelines.
