USER FLOW FOR SETTING A HAZARD PIN - KIDAR
For the KidAR project, we wanted parents to be able to set boundaries for their children that would alert the parent and the child if the boundaries were not followed. We decided on three types of boundaries:
Leash: Keep the child(ren) within a radius of you.
Tether: Keep the child(ren) within a radius of a set point.
Hazard: Keep the child(ren) out of an area.
We had our basic screen flows decided on, but we needed an intuitive way to drop the pins on a map, then set a radius, what would allow for multiple zones of each type.
Interaction Design is where the rubber meets the road, we've defined our users and use cases, we're closely following our product vision. See below organized from case studies to tasks to in the weeds workflow decisions.
